Fusion Bakery started from a small  homemade business by a mother who is passionate about bakery since 1986. Her perseverance and efforts in preserving the quality and traditional taste of pastries makes it a prime choice for household and children for 3 decades ever since. At present, Fusion Bakery is managed by the 2nd generation of family members who aspires to spread happiness to every household and children through its traditional taste and quality, one pastry at a time. Fusion Bakery has now opened two branched, strategically located at Weld Quay and Bayan Bay.

 

 

Fuison Bakery’s menu consists of six different types of butter cake (whole cake price ranging from RM17 to RM 21 each) :

1. Signature Butter Cake 

Definitely the best option to go for the original buttery taste.

2. Double Cheese Butter Cake

Baked with two layers of cheese, provide you a balancing taste of sweet and salty.

3. Pandan Butter Cake

Uses fresh pandan leaves, Pandan Butter Cake is the top choice among Penangites.

4. Cocoa Zebra Cake

Elegantly patterned Cocoa Zebra Cake, always the perfect treat for the family.

5. Matcha Zebra Cake

Uses premium matcha, no doubt the best selection for matcha lovers.

6. Coffee Zebra Cake

Would be the perfect match with a cup of brewed coffee during breakfast and tea time.

 

Other than butter cakes, Fusion Bakery introduced Hokkaido Caramel Cheese Brulee. Similar to cheesecake but surprisingly dense and yummy! You may also order a cup of Coconut Jelly at Fusion Bakery. It is a brilliant choice during this hot weather in Penang.
