Fried Oysters, locally known as Oh Chien, is one of the most iconic street foods in Penang.
The omelette is made of a mixture of fresh succulent oysters, eggs, rice flour batter, coriander leaves and starch to give it a gooey consistency. It’s served hot off the griddle with chili sauce as a dip.
